Package Validity

All multi-session packages (the 3 Month Container and The Complete Method) must be used within 6 months of the purchase date. Sessions not used within this window expire and cannot be extended, refunded, or transferred.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice incur a charge of 50% of the session fee.

Refunds

Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of booking. After 24 hours from the time of booking, sessions and packages are non-refundable. This sits alongside, and does not replace, the cancellation policy above.

Not a Substitute for Medical or Psychiatric Care

Rania's work is complementary and holistic in nature. It is not a substitute for medical care, psychiatric treatment, or a diagnosis, and does not replace the care of a registered medical practitioner, psychologist, or psychiatrist. If you are currently under psychiatric or medical care, please continue that care alongside this work and inform your practitioner of any changes.

Informed Consent & Assumption of Risk

Breathwork, energetic, and somatic practices can bring up physical sensation and emotional release. Participation is voluntary. Please disclose any relevant health conditions before your session, including but not limited to pregnancy, cardiovascular or respiratory conditions, epilepsy, or a history of psychiatric illness, so the session can be adapted safely.

Confidentiality

What is shared in session is held in confidence. This confidentiality has legal limits: disclosure may be required where there is a risk of serious harm to yourself or another person, where mandatory reporting obligations apply under Australian child safety legislation, or where disclosure is required by a court of law.

Privacy

Personal information is collected and handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. Information is used only to provide and administer your sessions and is not shared with third parties except where required by law.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Australian law, Ra Healing and Rania exclude liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising from participation in a session. Nothing in this policy excludes any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing Law

These policies are governed by the laws of Australia.
